
In article the assessment of qualitative and quantitative is made and metabolic violations of intestinal microflora during various periods of enteric infections at children are more senior than year with burdened premorbidal state during various periods of disease: in the sharp period, before an extract from a hospital and in 4-6 weeks of catamnesis is made. Variants current the reconvalescence period are presented. Expediency of carrying out the padding inspection and need of therapeutic actions for the period of reconvalescence of enteric infections is defined.
В статье произведена оценка качественно-количественных и метаболических нарушения кишечной микрофлоры в различные периоды кишечных инфекций у детей старше года с отягощенным преморбидным состоянием в различные периоды болезни: в остром периоде, перед выпиской из стационара и через 4-6 недель катамнестического наблюдения. Представлены варианты течения периода реконвалесценции. Определена целесообразность проведения дополнительного обследования и необходимость терапевтических мероприятий в периоде реконвалесценции кишечных инфекций.
