Abstract

Статье анализируются особенности административно-правого ограничения прав несовершеннолетних правонарушителей, доставляемых в органы внутренних дел. Рассматриваются цели применения указанных правоограничений, а также механизм административно-правового ограничения прав несовершеннолетних правонарушителей, представляющий собой совокупность правовых способов и средств, при помощи которых уполномоченными должностными лицами органов внутренних дел осуществляется административно-правовое ограничение прав указанной категории лиц.

The article is about the purpose of administrative curtailment of rights of minors brought to police precincts for breaking the law. The legal mechanism of such curtailment is also analyzed. This mechanism is a system of legal measures invoked and applied to detained minors by police officials who are specifically authorized to do so.
