Abstract

This article is devoted to one of the most actual problems of theory and practice of translation transfer of linguistic means of expressing national and cultural specifics of literary texts at translation, which are words with no direct equivalents in other languages. These words reflect specifics of national culture and keep national and cultural semantics, transferring national culture from one generation to the other. Choosing equivalents for such words makes the process of translation and teaching Korean as a foreign language difficult.
