Abstract

В статье феномен «профессиональноличностное становление и развитие педагога профессиональной школы» представлен в качестве поэтапного непрерывного интегрированного процесса самосовершенствования и самореализации педагога, овладения им профессиональными компетенциями, утверждения себя как личности педагога-профессионала в ходе освоения профессиональной педагогической деятельности в системе профессиональных образовательных организаций. Базовые категории профессионально-личностного становления и развития педагога представлены профессиональной направленностью, профессиональными педагогическими компетенциями, профессионально важными качествами, стадийностью профессионального развития (профессионализация, педагогическое мастерство, профессиональная зрелость).

In the article the phenomenon «professionalpersonal becoming and development of the teacher of a vocational school» is presented as the stage-by-stage long-life integrated process of selfimprovement and self-actualization of the teacher, mastering to them professional competences, stating oneself as the person of teacherprofessional during the process of acquiring of professional pedagogical activities in the system of the professional educational organizations. The basic categories of professional-personal becoming and development of the teacher are presented by professional orientation, professional pedagogical competences, professionally important traits, periodical professional development (professionalism, pedagogical skill, professional maturity).
