Приводится оценка удовлетворенности потребителей услуг городского электротранспорта путем построения его интеллектуальной модели.
The article deals with the social criterion of the efficiency of public transport, whichserves as an index of satisfaction with passenger transport services. The evaluation of customer satisfaction municipal electric service by building its intellectual model.
