
Проведен ретроспективный анализ историй болезни 314 пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа эндокринологического отделения БУЗ «1 РКБ МЗ УР» г. Ижевска для оценки наличия коморбидной патологии и обследовано 30 больных сахарным диабетом 2-го типа для определения реабилитационного потенциала и изучения влияния сопутствующей патологии на реабилитационные возможности организма. Анализ историй болезни показал, что наиболее часто у пациентов с диабетом встречается патология сердечно-сосудистой и пищеварительной систем. Коморбидная патология ухудшает течение сахарного диабета и должна учитываться при назначении комплексного лечения.
A retrospective analysis of case histories of 314 patients with type 2 diabetes, endocrinology department Booze «1 MH RCH SD» in Izhevsk for assessment of the availability of comorbid disease and examined 30 patients with type 2 diabetes to determine the rehabilitation potential and study the effect of comorbidity on rehabilitation of an organism. Analysis of patient records showed that most often occurs in patients with diabetes pathology of the cardiovascular and digestive systems. Comorbid pathology worsens diabetes and should be considered in the appointment of a comprehensive treatment.
