Abstract

The analysis of systolic pressure dynamics in pulmonary artery and final diastolic volume of right ventricle is performed at 76 patients with chronic post-embolic pulmonary hypertension after pulmonary thrombendarterectomy in this work. It is revealed that after operation there is a pressure decrease in pulmonary artery, decrease of volume of right ventricle: at the expressed and appreciable degree of pulmonary hypertension — in 2 times from reference values, at the moderated — in 1,3 times. Hemodynamic effect after operation has the resistant habit and remains in the remote terms after operation regardless of the level of initial pulmonary hypertension.
