Представлены механизмы взаимодействия частного бизнеса и государства в сфере финансирования приоритетных наукоемких проектов. Подчеркнута необходимость государственного участия в формировании системы венчурного финансирования. Рассмотрена практика частно государственного партнерства в развитых странах и в России. Определены недостатки существующей системы поддержки инновационного бизнеса государством.The author presented the mechanisms of interaction between private business and government in the sphere of the financing of priority high-technology projects. The article emphasized the necessity for government involvement in the formation of venture financing. The practice of public private partnerships in developed countries and in Russia are considered. Disadvantages of the existing system of support of innovative business state are identified.
