
The article considers the various approaches to the interpretation of the essence of project management information systems. Definition of project management information system are formed and its elements are highlighted. Information technologies and their task as a tool for implementing the functions of management information systems are analyzed. The analysis has determined the advantages and disadvantages of the most popular electronic document flow systems. As exemplified by the records management implementing in the Employer Union “The Union of Builders of Udmurt Republic” the special performance indicators were discovered.
В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к трактовке сущности информационных систем управления проектами. Сформировано определение информационной системы управления проектами и выделены ее элементы. Проанализированы информационные технологии и их задачи как инструментов реализации функций информационных систем управления.Произведен обзор и выявлены достоинства и недостатки наиболее популярных систем электронного документооборота. На примере внедрения электронного делопроизводства в Объединение работодателей «Союз Строителей Удмуртии» выявлены специальные показатели эффективности.
