Многосвязная система управления силой резания и положением резца по поперечной оси

Abstract

Решается задача повышения точности обработки нежестких валов при токарной обработке путем создания многомерной системы стабилизации силы резания и управления положением резца по поперечной оси при связанности данных величин через объект управления. Методом компьютерного моделирования показана эффективность работы системы.

The article solves the problem of non-rigid shafts lathing accuracy increasing with development of multidimensional control system for cutting force and cutting tool transverse position considering relatedness of the variables through the control object. Efficiency of the system operation is shown by computer simulation.
