Альтернативное решение развития электроснабжения потребителей Арктической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия)

Abstract

The variant of a centralized electricity supply in the North is suggested, with a help of it the value of delivery will decrease, steady energy supply of the RF Ministry of Defense objects will be furnished, the growth of tariffs on electricity and heating energy for the population and industry will be limited and what is the most important the conditions for the stable social-economic development of the Arctic regions, restitution of the mining industry in far fuel scarce regions will be gained.

Предлагается вариант централизованного электроснабжения Севера, что сократит объемы завоза, обеспечит надежное энергоснабжение объектов Минобороны России, ограничит темпы роста тарифов на электрическую и тепловую энергию для населения и промышленности и, главное, создаст условия для устойчивого социально-экономического развития арктических улусов, восстановления горнодобывающей промышленности в отдаленных топливно-дефицитных районах.
