Северо-Восточный регион Китая в системе формирования транзитной грузовой базы для свободного порта Владивосток

Abstract

Рассмотрены задачи и основные направления развития транспортно-логистического комплекса Приморского края в связи с созданием в южной зоне региона свободного порта Владивосток (СПВ). Проведён анализ динамики грузооборота наиболее крупных морских портов Дальневосточного бассейна и дана характеристика грузооборота и контейнерооборота наиболее крупных морских портов ряда стран северо-восточной и юго-восточной Азии. Представлены аргументы и факты для продолжения и интенсификации всестороннего экономического сотрудничества с Северо-Восточными регионами Китая как перспективной грузовой базы для СПВ, и определены основные направления такой работы.

The problems and the main directions of development of transport and logistics complex Primorsky Kray in connection with the establishment of the zone in the southern region of Freeport Vladivostok (FPV). The analysis of the dynamics of the cargo turnover of the largest Russian sea port of Far East and characteristics of container cargo turnover and the largest number of sea ports in North East and South East Asia. Presents arguments and facts for the continuation and intensification of comprehensive economic cooperation with the North East region of China as a promising cargo base for FPV, and the main directions of the work.
