Abstract

Основу систем проектирования учебно-тренировочных занятий для подготовки операторов современных технологических комплексов в промышленном производстве составляют в большей степени компьютерные комплексы, обеспеченные соответствующими программными инструментальными системами, в среде которых осуществляется проектирование сценариев учебных занятий. В данной работе предлагается подход к организации технологической системы обучения персонала, структура которой включает в себя динамические модули и средства инструментального сопровождения учебно-тренировочного процесса. В качестве динамического модуля используется специальное программное обеспечение для организации и контроля выполнения учебно-тренировочного процесса. Сопровождение динамического модуля содержит настройку параметров и характеристик моделирования, конструирование учебно-производственных заданий. Для организации контроля качества моделирования и выполнения заданий в редакторе динамических модулей включен редактор управления моделированием и оценки качества процессов управления.

The basis of the system design training sessions for the training of operators of modern technological complexes in industrial production are increasingly computer complexes provided the appropriate software tool systems, among which the design of scenario training realize. In this work proposes an approach to the organization of technological personnel training system, the structure of which includes dynamic modules and means of instrumental accompaniment of the training process. As a dynamic module uses special software to organize and monitor the implementation of the training process. Support of dynamic module contains configuration of parameters and modeling performance, designing of educational and production targets. For organization of quality control of modeling and task execution in the dynamic modules editor is included editor of control modeling and evaluation of the quality management processes.
