Анализ качества обслуживания клиентов в коммерческом банке

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена качеству обслуживания клиентов в коммерческом банке. В ней рассматриваются конкурентоспособность данных услуг коммерческого банка в определенный момент времени. В ходе проведения анализа, после опроса определённых категорий лиц, был выявлен и рассмотрен уровень качества оказания услуг, уровень удовлетворённости потребителей. В статье было показано несколько гипотез маркетингового исследования. Выявлены основные показатели оценки качества обслуживания клиентов, а также вынесены на рассмотрение корректирующие мероприятия, способствующие увеличению уровня удовлетворённости клиентов.

This article is devoted to quality of servicing in commercial bank. In it are considered competitiveness of these services of commercial bank at a given time. During carrying out the analysis, after poll of certain categories of persons, the level of quality of rendering of services, level of satisfaction of consumers was revealed and considered. In article some hypotheses of market research were shown. The main indicators of an assessment of quality of servicing are revealed, and also the correcting actions promoting increase in level of satisfaction of clients are submitted for consideration.
