Влияние мотивационных особенностей участников на эффективность обучающего тренинга

Abstract

This article describes the influence of trainees' motivation on emotional, cognitive and behavioral measures of educational training effectiveness based on empirical research. The influences of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on these measures were compared and the correlation between training motivation and training effectiveness was examined.

В статье на основе эмпирического исследования описывается влияние мотивационных особенностей на аффективные, когнитивные и поведенческие показатели эффективности обучающего тренинга. Сравнивается влияние внешней и внутренней мотивации на эти показатели, исследуется связь между тренинговой мотивацией и эффективностью обучения на тренинге.
