The article describes methodological framework for ensuring the stability of integrated structures in economy. Particular attention is paid to overcoming bankruptcy (insolvency). The paper defines the procedure to ensure the stability of the integrated industrial organization. It is noted that in the context of insolvency an external manger often has to deal not with the elimination of integrated organizations but their rehabilitation. He has to seek ways of a settlement agreement with creditors. The articles grounds the elements of the technique to maintain sustainability of the integrated industrial organization. As an example, the article describes the stability maintaining of the joint stock company "SlavneftYaroslavl refinery Mendeleev." It also reveals the problems and the economic and social benefits of the oil refinery. The article proves the necessity to take measures to preserve the further development of the organization. It states that a strategy of crisis management should have a certain internal structure that is the result of the division of the overall strategic objective for local but interrelated tasks that allow industrial corporations as integrated structures to develop in the direction of economic growth. The article suggests implementing changes in the management, the organizational and production structure, the assets, the payables, the personnel. All these will help the integrated organization to reach the breakeven operation. The article considers the main scientific publications on the topic of the sustainability of integrated structures. The authors come to the conclusion that the sustainability of integrated structures serves as a tool to enhance their competitiveness, the means of increasing capitalization and solving the problem of insolvency, the means of financial recovery. And finally it ensures economic growth and creates the transformation system for managing large integrated associations.

Исследованы методические основы обеспечения устойчивости интегрированных структур в экономике. Особое внимание уделено процессам преодоления банкротства (несостоятельности). Отмечено, что в условиях несостоятельности внешнему управляющему чаще всего приходится заниматься не ликвидацией интегрированных организаций, а их оздоровлением, искать пути мирового соглашения с кредиторами. Обоснованы элементы методики обеспечения устойчивости интегрированной промышленной организации. Приведён пример сохранения устойчивости открытого акционерного общества «Славнефть-Ярославский нефтеперерабатывающий завод имени Менделеева». Выявлены проблемы, экономическая и социальная польза от нефтеперерабатывающего завода, обоснована необходимость принятия мер по сохранению и дальнейшему развитию организации. Доказано, что стратегия антикризисного управления должна иметь определенную внутреннюю структуру, которая возникает в результате разделения общей стратегической цели на локальные, но взаимосвязанные задачи, позволяющие промышленным корпорациям как интегрированным структурам развиваться именно в направлении обеспечении экономического роста. Предложено осуществить изменения в системе управления, организационно-производственной структуре, активах, кредиторской задолженности, составе персонала, что обеспечит как минимум выход интегрированной организации на безубыточный режим работы. Рассмотрены основные научные публикации по теме обеспечения устойчивости интегрированных структур. Сделан вывод о том, что устойчивость интегрированных структур служит инструментом повышения их конкурентоспособности, средством увеличения капитализации и решения проблем несостоятельности, средством финансового оздоровления и обеспечения экономического роста, условием трансформации системы управления крупными интеграционными объединениями.
