Системная организация процесса формирования профессионально важных качеств будущих специалистов

Abstract

The results of pedagogical projection of the forming process and development of professionally important qualities (PIQ) of future specialists have been presented in the system of educational preparation in the institution of higher education. The necessity of consideration of a given problem has been meant from the position of systematic process. Complex of the tasks has been formed demanding of the decision: professiographical, structurally-organized, technological and normatively-estimated. Possible decision variant of meant tasks is proposed on the example of educational preparation in the direction of «Economics and management in the enterprise (in industry)». Export procedure has been proposed of structure definition and professionally important qualities of specialists of a given profile. Stages of forming a chosen complex (PIQ) has been exposed. It has been stated that the process of forming and development of professionally important qualities of economist-managers is expediently to organize in the system of independent students’ work in the frame work of which corresponding preparation profile will function quasiprofessional sphere. It has been proposed technology of working out of methodical and didactic providing of a given sphere and project prucedure of variative educational routes of its mastery. the results of pedagogical experiment of a proposed process introduction into the educational practice have been analysed.

Представлены результаты педагогического проектирования процесса формирования и развития профессионально важных качеств (ПВК) будущих специалистов в системе образовательной подготовки в вузе. Обозначена необходимость рассмотрения данной проблемы с позиций системного подхода. Определен комплекс задач, требующий решения: профессиографическая, структурно-организационная, технологическая и нормативно-оценочная. Предлагается возможный вариант решения обозначенных задач на примере образовательной подготовки по направлению «Экономика и управление на предприятии (в машиностроении)». Предложена экспертная процедура определения состава и структуры профессионально важных качеств специалистов данного профиля. Определены этапы формирования выбранного комплекса ПВК, раскрыто содержание каждого этапа. Обосновано, что процесс формирования и развития профессионально важных качеств экономистов-менеджеров целесообразно организовать в системе самостоятельной работы студентов, в рамках которой будет функционировать соответствующая профилю подготовки квазипрофессиональная среда. Предложена технология разработки методического и дидактического обеспечения данной среды и процедура проектирования вариативных образовательных маршрутов ее освоения. Проанализированы результаты педагогического эксперимента по внедрению предлагаемого подхода в образовательную практику.
