Abstract

The urgency of the theme being investigated is caused by the fact that in practice frequently appear the problems relative to the qualification of the crimes, connected with the disorganization of the establishments, which ensure isolation from the society. The analysis of the signs criminal of the act of crimes in question is directed toward the improvement of the standards of the Russian legislation, which foresees responsibility for the form of crimes in question.

Актуальность исследуемой темы обусловлена тем, что на практике часто возникают проблемы относительно квалификации преступлений, связанных с дезорганизацией учреждений, обеспечивающих изоляцию от общества. Анализ признаков рассматриваемого преступного деяния преступлений направлен на совершенствование норм российского законодательства, предусматривающего ответственность за рассматриваемый вид преступлений.
