Процедура изъятия земельных участков для комплексного обустройства территории при размещении элементов планировочной структуры

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены совокупность правовых и технических действий по определению местоположения, границ и площади земельного участка, подлежащего процедуре изъятия, а также специфика этого процесса при реконструкции объектов различного значения на основе утвержденных документов территориального планирования и проектов планировки территории. Обоснована актуальность процесса изъятия и резервирования земельных участков в комплексе земельно-кадастровых работ, предшествующих строительству, реконструкции и эксплуатации линейных объектов.
