The research presents data about morbidity, features of structure, nosological unities that include depressive disorders and their impact on compliance of patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders pathology. The prevalence and polymorphism of depressive disorders and different psychopathological disorders are improved in this research. The article gives a clinical description of a patient with depression. By the Morisky-Green questionnaire test the low compliance was detected among the examined with depressive disorders and without it.

В исследовании представлены данные о распространённости, особенности структуры, нозологической принадлежности депрессивных расстройств и их влиянии на комплаентность у больных с функциональной патологией желудочно-кишечного тракта. Установлена широкая распространённость и полиморфизм депрессивных нарушений и психопатологических расстройств в целом. Приведён клинический пример пациента с депрессией. По результатам опросника Мориски-Грина у обследованных как с депрессивным расстройством, так и без него выявлялась низкая приверженность к терапии
