Оценка эффективности функционирования агропродовольственного кластера региона

Abstract

В статье представлена краткая характеристика агропромышленного комплекса Кемеровской области, обоснована целесообразность создания агропродовольственного кластера, являющегося одним из возможных инструментов устойчивого развития регионального агропромышленного комплекса. Для оценки экономической, социальной эффективности его деятельности, для определения экономического потенциала сельскохозяйственной отрасли требуется разработка допускающих эффективный численный анализ математических моделей управления сельскохозяйственной отраслью, ее подсистемами или интегрированными структурами. В работе с помощью автоматизированной системы инвестиционного анализа получена оценка эффективности функционирования агропродовольственного кластера региона. На основе данных региональной статистики АПК рассчитан прогнозный экономический эффект. Показано, что эффект достигается, в частности, и при производстве, переработке и реализации таких видов растениеводческой и животноводческой продукции, которые ориентированы на улучшение структуры питания в соответствии с рекомендуемыми, научно-обоснованными нормами потребления.

The article presents a brief description of the agro-industrial complex of the Kemerovo region, the expediency of establishing agro-food cluster, which is one of the possible instruments of sustainable development of regional agriculture. To assess the economic, social efficiency, to determine the economic potential of the agricultural sector it is required the development of mathematical models of management of agricultural industry, its subsystems and integrated structures, which permittes effective numerical analysis. In the work, the effectiveness of agri-food cluster in the region is estimated using an automated system investment analysis. On the basis of regional statistics of agro-food cluster is the projected economic benefit. That effect is achieved, in particular, for the production, processing and marketing of crop and livestock production, that focus on improving the structure of nutrition in accordance with the recommended, evidence-based standards of consumption.
