О некоторых теоретических подходах к феномену коррупции

Abstract

В настоящей статье рассмотрены теоретические вопросы исследования феномена коррупции. Авторами проведен анализ различных подходов дефинирования вышеуказанного понятия, рассмотрены виды коррупции, исследованы зарубежные правовые системы, наиболее эффективно осуществляющие борьбу с коррупцией, предложена возможность их имплементации в отечественную практику противодействия коррупции.

This article deals with theoretical questions studies the phenomenon of corruption. The authors analyse various approaches identified the above concepts, the types of corruption, investigated foreign legal systems, most effectively engaged in the fight against corruption, offered the possibility of their implementation in the domestic anti-corruption practice.
