Социально-правовая роль общины в обществе Древнего Вавилона

Abstract

The paper deals with social and legal nature of community of the Ancient East on the example of the Ancient Babylon. The importance of community and fixing such importance in sources of law are considers. The classification of community’s functions and order of their realizing are shown. On the base of the research, the authors describe the major role of community in formation of society ideology during the reviewed period, organization of social relations and political governing.

В статье анализируется социально-правовая природа общины Древнего Востока на примере Древнего Вавилона. Рассматриваются значение общины и его отражение в источниках права. Приведены классификация функций общины и порядок их осуществления. На основании проведенного исследования сделан вывод о ключевой роли общины в становлении идеологии общества рассматриваемого исторического периода, организации общественных отношений, а также управлении политически организованным обществом.
