Abstract

В статье раскрываются различные подходы к определению сущности понятия «менеджмент качества», определяются основные концепции управления учреждением дополнительного образования и их содержание, дается научное обоснование концепции управления качеством взаимодействия учреждения дополнительного образования и семьи, выделяются основные методологические подходы, дано описание составляющих и принципов общественно-государственного управления качеством взаимодействия учреждения дополнительного образования и семьи.

This article describes the different approaches to the definition of the concept of "quality management", defines the basic concepts of management culture & their content, provides a scientific study of the concept of quality management cooperation institutions of further education and the family, highlights the main methodological approaches, the description of the components and principles social and governance quality of interaction institutions of further education and the family.
