Аналитический обзор отечественных теорий нарушения мышления при шизофрении в перспективе их развития

Abstract

This article offers an analytical review of the most productive domestic theories of disordered cognition in schizophrenia, including neurophysiological, motivation, motivation-personality, systempsychological and information ones, as well a neuropsychological and psychogenetic hypotheses for specifi c thought disorders. The author writes about their main achievements, restrictions, and also the importance and perspectives for integration of all productive ideas in the fi eld of cognitive disorders within one model, like the information theory of cognition developed by L.M. Vekker.

В статье представлен краткий аналитический обзор наиболее продуктивных отечественных теорий нарушений мышления при шизофрении: нейрофизиологической, мотивационной, мотивационно-личностной, системно-психологической, информационной, а также нейропсихологических и психогенетических гипотез отдельных расстройств мышления. Определены их основные достижения, границы, а также необходимость и перспективы синтеза всех продуктивных идей нарушений мышления в рамках интегральной модели, подобной информационной теории мышления Л.М.Веккера.
