Abstract

Progress of the Russian gymnasts’ at the most important international competitions for many years’ impresses that testifies to achievements of the domestic school of training of sportswomen and it confirms good representation at experts of the tendencies of development of rhythmic gymnastics providing this preparation. One of the ways for development of rhythmic gymnastics is the aspiration to continuous improvement of mastery in which it is possible to allocate two components: the content of competitive programs and level of value of the executed elements, and also degree (class) of performing and artistic perfection of movements. Each of the indicators of skill of gymnasts is estimated in competitions by the qualified experts. Requirements to estimation of the different components of the competitive program constantly undergo changes and are reflected in the rules of the competitions corrected on each Olympic cycle.
