Abstract

Psychiatrists, psychotherapeutists and psychologists prefer to exclude the demand in religion and mentality from therapeutical practice, in association with they are incompetent in differentiation and approach to the treatment of mental disorders with religious-mystic components. The differentiation criteria of modern worldview, cultural and religious convictions are proposed. The formation of biopsychsocospiritual paradigm is accented.
