Abstract

В работе проводится анализ анонимного выборочного анкетирования осужденных в учреждениях уголовно-исполнительной системы г. Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области, проведенного в 2013 году. Выборочная совокупность - n = 594 осужденных, генеральная совокупность - N = 8796 осужденных. В результате анализа данных исследования выяснилось, что осужденные отрицательно относятся к лицам, совершающим акты умышленного причинения вреда своему здоровью (81 %). Членовредители дестабилизируют обстановку в учреждениях. Отмечается и низкая квалификация медицинских работников по вопросам распознавания травм в результате членовредительства. Имели опыт членовредительства (7 %). Осужденные высказываются, что за лечение членовредителей надо удерживать средства, затраченные на их лечение (94 %).

The analysis of anonymous selective questioning of convicts in establishments of criminal and executive system of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, carried out in 2013 is presented in the work. Sample n = 594 convicts, population N = 8796 convicts. As a result of the analysis of research data it has transpired that convicts are negative to the persons making acts of deliberate bodily self-damage (81%). mutilationers destabilize a situation in establishments. Low qualification of medical workers concerning recognition of injuries as a result of mutilation also becomes perceptible. The experience of mutilation had 7% of persons. Convicts suppose that it is necessary to hold the finances spent for mutilationers’ treatment (94%).
