Abstract

The experience of 45 patients treatment with extremities vessels obliterative diseases by revascularisative osteotrepanation method (ROT) is presented. In 43 cases were obtained good results. In 2 cases the bloodstream compensation were not achieved. Although ROT isn't the competitive treatment method with reconstructive operations, it may be execute when reconstruction is impossible.
