Abstract

Россия находится в состоянии исторического выбора: чтобы сохранить независимость, ей необходимо сделать рывок в шестой технологический уклад. Нужны интеллектуалы и всесторонне образованные личности. Практика показала, что Россия может лишиться всякой надежды на рывок в будущее: нынешние бакалавры и магистры на научные порывы не способны.

Russia is in a State of historic choice: to preserve its independence, it needs to make jerk in the sixth technological way. Need intellectuals and comprehensively educated person. Practice has shown that Russia could lose any hope of spurt in the future: current bachelors and masters for scientific impulses are not capable.
