Правовое регулирование инновационной деятельности в сфере высшего образования

Abstract

В статье анализируются основы правового регулирования инновационной деятельности, осуществляемой высшими учебными заведениями, приводятся конкретные примеры форм инновационной деятельности и мер государственной поддержки, получивших свое закрепление на законодательном уровне. Показаны юридические основания создания мощных образовательных кластеров в смежных сферах, что является перспективной тенденцией развития инновационной деятельности в сфере высшего образования.

The article analyses the foundation of the legal regulation of innovative activities carried out by universities. The authors consider particular examples of innovative activity forms and government support measures formalized at the legislative level. The paper discusses the legal bases of powerful educational clusters development in the related fields, which is a promising trend in the development of innovative activity in higher education.
