Abstract

The given article carries an analysis of a number of areas of the Bologna Process implementation viewed against a broader context of the internationalization of higher education. Characteristics and vectors of internationalization processes are underlined, with internationalization regarded as derived from the globalization process and development of the knowledge-based society. Overall data and Russia-specific data are provided 122 concerning the implementation in Russia of the Bologna Process areas, such as programmes of the three cycles of higher education, quality assurance, transparency, comparability and recognition of qualifications and diplomas, etc. Also, areas and aims for enhancing activities to strengthen the European Higher Education Area are formulated in relation to Russia

В статье содержится анализ реализации отдельных направлений олонского процесса в контексте интернационализации высшего образования. Подчеркнуты характеристики и векторы процессов интернационализации, рассматриваемой как производная от процессов глобализации и задач построения общества знаний. Приводятся общие данные и данные по России относительно реализации отдельных направлений олонского процесса, таких как программы трех циклов, обеспечение качества, прозрачность, сопоставимость и признание квалификаций и дипломов, включая реализацию совместных образовательных программ и др., а также указаны направления и задачи активизации деятельности по консолидации европейского пространства высшего образования в целом и по вкладу России в этот процесс.
