Abstract

We have studied sICAM-3 adhesive molecule concentration and its implication in the development of soft tissue pyoinflammatory diseases (STPID) in children. Elevated concentration of sICAM-3 adhesive molecule concentration in STPID in irondeficient children was found to aggravate severity, languid and long-term course of the inflammatory process, which predisposed to recurrence and chronicity.
