Abstract

The essence of political culture is explained. Ways of the political culture interpretation are analyzed. Research novelty consists in substantiation of thesis, that the political culture is a special way of the political existence; this way consists in management decision making rules. The political culture existence law is formulated. It is proved that in the sphere of a state policy really there can be only two main types of political culture democratic political culture or authoritative political culture. They make themselves two poles of existence of political culture which are opposite each other and are in the inversely proportional relation.
