Сущность и содержание внутрифирменного обучения

Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность внутрифирменного обучения как процесса повышения качества профессиональной подготовки кадровых ресурсов посредством совершенствования взаимодействия субъектов производственных, образовательных и научных организаций единой отраслевой направленности, обеспечивающем конкурентоспособность фирмы. Выяснены структурообразующие компоненты внутрифирменного обучения: проектирование и реализация инновационных образовательных программ на базе предприятий на основе партисипативного подхода; организация неформального обучения, подразумевающего предоставление образовательных услуг, выходящих за рамки официальных образовательных программ, но обеспечивающих удовлетворение познавательных потребностей рабочих и специалистов, на основе андрагогического подхода; включение информального профессионального обучения, предусматривающего усвоение конкретных знаний, умений, навыков, исходя из требований специальности, стандартов квалификации, занимаемой должности или исполняемых служебных обязанностей, посредством выполнения индивидуальной познавательной деятельности в ходе повседневного профессионального труда, на основе акмеологического подхода; формирование профессионально успешной личности рабочих и специалистов, на основе личностно-деятельностного подхода.

The article reveals the essence of in-house training as a process of improving the quality of training of human resources, through better interaction among industrial, educational and scientific organizations with a single industry focus, to ensure the competitiveness of the company. Elucidated structural elements of in-house training: design and implementation of innovative educational programs on the basis of the enterprises on the basis of a participatory approach; organization of informal learning, which implies the provision of educational services beyond the formal educational programs and ensuring the satisfaction of cognitive needs of workers and specialists, based on the andragogical approach; including informal vocational training, providing mastering specific knowledge and skills, based on the requirements of a degree, qualification standards, position or performance of official duties by performing individual learning activities in the course of everyday professional work, on the basis of akmeologicheskogo approach; formation of professionally successful individual workers and professionals, on the basis of student-activity approach.
