Abstract

The article discusses the use of proper names as a part of speech etiquette in the study of Russian as a foreign language. Particular attention is paid to the grammatical rules of change of proper names in the Russian language. The authors give a model of declination and advice on writing and transliterating names of the Turkic and Arab origin in written Russian speech culture.
