Abstract

В статье изложено теоретическое и практическое осмысление авторов об особенностях проектирования индивидуальных образовательных стратегий профессионального развития руководителей образовательных организаций, основанных на культурно-антропологическом подходе. Актуальность изучения данного процесса авторы видят в том, что огромные усилия, которые прилагаются различными образовательными институтами к повышению профессиональной компетентности менеджеров образования зачастую остаются не оправданными. В рамках данной статьи дается один из возможных способов решения данной проблемы.

The article outlines the theoretical and practical understanding of the authors of the individual features of the design of educational strategies for professional development of heads of educational institutions, based on the cultural and anthropological approach. The authors see The urgency of completing this process in the huge effort being made by various educational institutions to improve the professional competence of managers often is not justified. A possible ways to solve this problem is proposed.
