
The article contains the issues concerned with the concept and the essence of administrative legal measures of the corruption prevention, which are practiced by federal and regional public authorities of the Russian Federation. The author calls the attention to the fact, that the corruption remains one of the most perilous and grave security threats of the Russian Federation. The author emphasizes, that public authorities should apply administrative legal measures, proportionate to the current realities, to get more effective fight against the corruption. These measures should be aimed at the fight with the corruption. Examples of the particular administrative legal measures, forms and procedures of the corruption resistance, prescribed in the relevant subordinate legislations, are adduced by the author in the article. The author concludes that not only federal but also regional executive authorities carry out the dynamic activity to prevent the corruption. The number of official statutory acts, as well as the implementation of particular practical measures, provided by the regional programs of the corruption prevention, confirms this fact.
