Abstract

Proband`s disease development risk estimation necessity or recurring disease in a family is constant at geneticist`s practice, and is personally viewed as one of the main aims during medical-genetic consulting. Disease etiology definition is one of the main difficulties here; it is this thing that determines the family disease recurrence.
