Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of Russian philosophical language, which is largely the expression of distinctive character of Russian philosophy. The peculiarity of this language is that it is fundamentally unsuitable for the expression of categories and concepts of rational metaphysics. It is rooted in grounds of Russian natural language, which is characterized by an ellipse of verb-ligament "is". The proximity of Russian philosophical language to literature explains it`s penchant for setting extreme moral questions of human existence.
