
В статье анализируются факторы, определяющие необходимость инновационного развития отраслей топливно-энергетического комплекса. В качестве базового элемента такого развития предлагается использование высокотехнологичных услуг в отраслях ТЭК, дается краткая характеристика таких услуг.
The paper analyses factors, which define necessity of fuel and energy complex innovative development. High technology services in fuel and energy complexs branches may be used as a basic element for development. The author gives brief characteristics of such services.
