Abstract

The article analyses the experience of development of self-presentation competence in the English as a foreign language classes at a technical university. It is proved that the knowledge of cross-cultural specificity of various types of self-presentation is an important element of communicative competence of a modern higher school graduate.

В статье анализируется опыт формирования компетенции самопрезентации на английском языке у студентов технического университета. Доказывается, что знание кросс-культурной специфики различных видов самопрезентации является важным элементом коммуникативной компетентности выпускника современного вуза.
