Разработка методических рекомендаций по отбору бизнес-процессов машиностроительного предприятия в целях реинжиниринга

Abstract

Under the industrial recession conditions, caused by financial crisis, business process reengineering (BPR) takes on special significance for Russian industrial plants. It is being indicated in the article, that processes of production has special significance for machine-building plant, hence, author's method for selection of machine-building plant' processes of production with a view to reengineering is proposed. Author's purpose was development an algorithm for selection of priority business-processes for reengineering for a machine-building plant, which was developed during the work.

В условиях спада промышленного производства в России, вызванного финансовым кризисом, проведение реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов (РБП) на российских промышленных предприятиях приобретает особую актуальность. Для машиностроительного предприятия особую значимость имеют производственные процессы. Исходя из этого автор предлагает разработанную им методику отбора производственных процессов на машиностроительном предприятии в целях реинжиниринга. Описывается алгоритм отбора приоритетных бизнес-процессов для реинжиниринга на машиностроительном предприятии.
