Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of components of mastery of international level gymnasts. The analysis of results of the gymnasts acting in the European championship in Minsk (2011) has shown that there is a steady tendency to perfection of all components of mastery. Complexity of competitive compositions is developed mainly by means of increase in quantity of elements «work with objects» for which the competitions rules provide the additional points. Artistry perfection goes by the way of creation of figurativeness of a composition according to the chosen background music.
