Конфликт на Украине: соотношение военно-политических сили экономические санкции

Abstract

На конфликты в Европе и их последствия, включая продолжающийся конфликт на Украине, влияет изменение баланса экономических, технологических и военных сил, который, в свою очередь, зависит от мер экономического воздействия и санкций, призванных изменить этот баланс. В настоящей статье рассматриваются концепции оборонной экономики применительно к конфликту на Украине и с учетом европейского опыта XX столетия делаются выводы относительно ситуации, сложившейся под влиянием действующего баланса сил, военных возможностей, обычных средств сдерживания, мер экономического воздействия и контрмер против санкций. Предлагается оценка воздействия экономических санкций на Россию и Украину в 2014-2016 годах.
