Abstract

As the importance of corporate governance, internal audit, internal control and risk management has been constantly increasing the comprehensive research has been conducted to identify their current state and key development trends in Russian state-owned companies. The analysis allows to estimate the level of how these systems and functions are organized and identify the main directions for their improvement.
