Abstract

The main attention was paid to the experimental solution of the problem of official business communication perception based on psycholinguistic approach to speech activity and its result. Experimental data have shown the positive attitude all recipients of the rational organization of texts (accessibility and intelligibility were rated the most intense); the weak action potential of texts. This was attributed to the unequal size of text blocks, the significance of information to recipients, the inhomogeneity of the structure and content parts, personal rejection texts recipients. Experimental results and conclusions helped to create the psycholinguistic model of the official-business text reception in the form of a set of procedures specific to each stage of the reception. It includes neurophysiological processes of identification, text activation components (perception), formation of mental representation of the content in the conceptual system of the recipient (understanding).
