Механизмы реализации профессиональной подготовки конкурентоспособного специалиста для регионального рынка труда

Abstract

The article describes the possible mechanisms of professional training of specialists, who can be competi-tive on the regional labour market. It is necessary to take into consideration the innovations of the con-temporary system of education and society. In this case we need to consider a specific character of educa-tional services which is based on a specific character of logistic currents in pedagogics. Pedagogical lo-gistics governs these currents in search of optimum conditions for training contemporary specialist for the regional labor market.

В данной статье описываются возможные механизмы реализации профессиональной подготовки специалистов, конкурентоспособных на региональном рынке труда, учитывающие параметры ин-новаций современной системы образования и общества. При этом учитывается специфика логи-стических потоков в педагогике. Педагогическая логистика управляет этими потоками с целью нахождения оптимальных условий подготовки современного специалиста для регионального рын-ка труда.
