НЕМЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНАЯ КОРРЕКЦИЯ ЛИПИДНОГО ОБМЕНА И ГЕМОРЕОЛОГИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ОБЛИТЕРИРУЮЩИМ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗОМ С КРИТИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИЕЙ НИЖНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ

Abstract

Для диагностики атеросклеротического поражения артерий использовали ультразвуковую допплерографию, электроосциллографию, реовазографию, ангиографию периферических артерий. В динамике изучали показатели липидного обмена и гемореологии. Эти показатели гомеостаза больных с атеросклерозом артерий с КИНК сравнивали с соответствующими показателями 43 практически здоровых лиц (группа сравнения). Применение внутривенного лазерного облучения приводит к нивелированию показателей липидного обмена и гемореологии у больных облитерирующим атеросклерозом с КИНК.

For the diagnosis of atherosclerotic lesions of arteries it was used ultrasound Doppler sonography, electrooscillography, rheovasography, angiography of peripheral arteries. The dynamics studied lipid metabolism and hemorheology. These indicators of homeostasis in patients with atherosclerosis with a CLLI were compared with those of 43 healthy subjects (control group). The use of intravenous laser irradiation leads to a leveling of lipid metabolism and hemorheology in patients with atherosclerosis CLLI obliterans.
