Нанодисперсные многослойно-композиционные покрытия для режущих инструментов

Abstract

Some aspects of application for multilayered-composite functional coatings with nano-scale grains and layers thickness for various types of the cutting tool are considered. There is shown, that cutting tools with nanoscale structured coatings provide essential increase of cutting efficiency in comparison with standard coated tools of an adequate coating chemical compound.

Рассмотрены вопросы применения многослойно-композиционных покрытий с нанодисперсными зернами и толщинами слоев для нанесения на различные типы режущих инструментов. Показано, что режущие инструменты с нанодисперсными покрытиями имеют улучшенные режущие свойства в сравнении со стандартными инструментами с покрытием одинакового химического состава.
